  • We acknowledge that everyone’s needs and timelines are different. Once we know the scope-of-work, we work with you to set timelines, establish resources, and budgets. We work with you on this as we feel there should be no hidden costs or expectations.

  • Onboarding is focused on creating (or refining) your marketing and technology plan. This includes:

    • Dive deep into your company, market, competitors, buyers, past marketing activities and more

    • Development or review of brand standards, including copywriting and design

    • Creation of a custom campaign strategy & roadmap

    • Process creation/refinement and other consulting with our most experienced marketing experts (as needed)

    • Implementation or audit of marketing automation platforms, CRMs and social media (as needed)

  • You do of course! We keep copies for two reasons. One is to provide a long-term backup for everyone and the other is so we can promote the cool work we have produced and cross-promote our clients. That said, we do not reuse or sell any of your projects. They are yours and were intentionally developed for you and your audiences.

  • Any ad spend is not included in our pricing packages. We may recommend LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, Facebook ads, retargeting ads or industry sponsorships based on your goals and budget.

    We have traveled all over the U.S. for clients projects. Video and photoshoots along with tech rollouts and onsite site training are common travel related projects, but we will travel as needed in order to help you and your team out.
